Upgrade to our Recycling Center– thank you to Parent Society for finding grant funding and to Lance Petryshen for building and installing new cupboards for our School Recycling. They look sharp!

- Awana Youth group in the breakfast room/outside after school 4-6
- Community Choir in Music Room 6:30 pm

- Volunteer Tea today
- Doors open at 2:15, program starts at 2:30
- Entertainment from 2:45 – 3:15
- Socializing from 3:15 – 3:30
Fri. April 19 – School Planning Day -NO SCHHOL
Information & Reflections from Last Week:
- Parent Society Meeting – was moved to April 10 at 1:00 in Library
- Little Caeser’s Fundraiser had just over 100 orders, made over $500, delivery date TBA
- Highway Clean-up will be held Sat. May 4 – waiting for confirmation of how many kilometers have been allocated
- Casino – still waiting for specific date, will be during the last quarter of 2024 (Oct/Nov/Dec)
- Breakfast Club – Freson Bros. Toonies for Tummies will provide the Parent Society with over $6500 in gift cards to purchase food in the fall. School will be responsible for purchasing non-food items like dish soap, napkins, and plates. Parent Society fundraising will cover food only.
- Hot Lunch – April 30, May 30
- Next Fundraisers – ice cream sales Tuesdays at lunch in June, discussed pairing up with another school to do a group sales fundraiser for the WEM Waterpark
- School Wish List – a Parent Society rep will be coming to classes to take suggestions from students
