• K-5 Field Trip Today – Fish Release at Schuman Lake; Wetlands Studies at Nature Alive Center with County of Woodlands and Colleen Kiselyk
  • Depart at 8:30, return at 3:45

• Gr. 6&7 Field Trip Today – Huestis Demonstration Forest (near Whitecourt)
  • Depart 8:30, return 3:30

Information & Reflections from Last Week:

• Mother’s Day – some beautiful projects made at the school
• First Round of Final Exams completed for ELA – Gr. 9 PAT Part A and gr. 6-8 Part A 
• Our grade nines toured the BCHS option facilities – automotives, woodwork, welding, photography, 3D printing, weight room, cosmetology, and more. Nice to have a quiet, laid back tour, and lots of time to ask questions of Mrs. Bondarchuk and Mr. Ferguson. Our grade nines are all registered for high school now!
• The Gr. 8 & 9 River Watch field trip looked fantastic! Thank you Mr. Hobson for organizing such a great learning experience. Thank you Mother Nature for not snowing this time 🙂
• Another fantastic hot lunch from parent society – thank you for the burgers & salad!
